Standard plans are built for a branded AI assistant answering business/product questions — not everything AI-related. The following are available by separate quotation where appropriate:

How we handle data, accuracy & risk

Each assistant is configured with defined use cases, approved source material, usage controls and escalation rules. Personal-data requirements are assessed during onboarding.

AI responses may contain errors and should not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice.

For high-risk or regulated projects, additional discovery, human oversight, risk assessment and compliance review will be required. We do not claim every project is automatically compliant with GDPR, the EU AI Act, UK medical-device rules, or any other regulation — see our AI Disclaimer.

Configuring, branding, testing and launching your AI assistant — training it on your approved content, setting up the channels included in your plan, and a working handover.
Hosting, your included monthly usage allowance, monitoring, and support at the response window stated on your plan.
One customer chat session lasting up to 24 hours and containing up to 20 user messages. This definition is provisional until real usage metering is built — see the usage policy above.
You're alerted at 70%, 90% and 100% of your monthly allowance. Nothing is billed unexpectedly — you choose a manual top-up, or the assistant pauses at your limit until it resets.
WhatsApp integration is available as an add-on from Professional AI upward, subject to technical scoping. Third-party messaging fees from WhatsApp/Meta may apply separately.
On your launch date, billed in advance for each period.
Plans begin with a three-month minimum term following launch, then continue monthly. Cancel any time after that — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Full terms are in the signed service agreement.

You own your configuration and data outright. The underlying reusable Aegis platform code that powers every client's assistant remains Aegis's, licensed to you as part of your subscription — this is how the product stays affordable, rather than a from-scratch build each time.
