H.Sheikh London needed a debut site for their first product — a botanical "Hair Elixir" — that felt like a luxury skincare launch rather than a typical beauty e-commerce store. That meant editorial-grade photography, real ingredient storytelling (Argan, Avocado and Sunflower oil), social proof, and a way to reassure first-time visitors on a single-product site that this was the right ritual for their hair.
Every H.Sheikh visitor gets their own personal hair ritual concierge.
On a single-product site, the biggest risk is a visitor leaving unsure if the elixir is right for them. Hera sits in the corner of every page as a warm, approachable chat concierge — not a corporate chatbot — ready to ask about someone's hair type and recommend the right ritual instantly.
"Hi, I'm Hera ✨ How can I help you today?"With just one hero product rather than a big catalogue, the entire site has to do the selling through trust and storytelling alone. Generic FAQ pages don't build the same confidence as talking to someone — and without live customer support, undecided first-time visitors were likely to leave without buying.
We paired the editorial storytelling — ingredients, benefits, brand origin — with Hera, a friendly AI concierge embedded on every page. Visitors can ask about their hair type or concern and get an instant, personal recommendation instead of bouncing to compare elsewhere.
The site and Hera are still being finalised ahead of launch — investment details will be added once the build is complete.
